Upon order placement, our team initiates the processing procedure promptly. Please note the following timelines for order processing:
Plain Order: 3-5 business days for mass production
Personalized Order: 5-8 business days for mass production
Shipping Regions:
Currently, we offer shipping services to the following countries: the United States(US), Australia, and China(Mainland and Hong Kong).
We provide services to most regions within the United States, with the following exceptions:
No service is provided to overseas territories, including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.
No service is provided to APO/FPO/DPO & PO Box addresses.

The United States(US)
We offer free shipping for orders of US$50 or more within the United States.
If the order weight does not exceed 10 kg, we will ship via Air Charter US flight or UPS. The delivery time is generally 7-10 business days.
If the order weight exceeds 10 kg, we will ship via Ocean+Express freight. The delivery time is generally 15-25 business days.
Australia
We offer free shipping for orders of US$50 or more within Australia.
If the order weight does not exceed 10 kg, we will ship via Australia Dedicated Line. The delivery time is generally 6-10 business days.
If the order weight exceeds 10 kg, we will ship via Ocean+Express freight. The delivery time is generally 30-35 business days.
2) Flat Shipping
The United States(US)
For orders under US$50, a flat-rate shipping fee of US$20 will apply.
We will ship via Air Charter US flight or UPS. The delivery time is generally 7-10 business days.
Australia
For orders under US$50, a flat-rate shipping fee of US$20 will apply.
We will ship via Australia Dedicated Line. The delivery time is generally 6-10 business days.
China(Mainland and Hong Kong)
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of US$2 within China(Mainland and Hong Kong).
We will ship via express. The delivery time is generally 1-3 business days.
Special Conditions:
During holiday seasons, please note the holiday shipping cutoff times to ensure timely delivery. We will keep you informed via email in case of any significant delays in the shipment of your order.
Due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
All International orders are shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please note that buyers/recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government.
If products are refused due to customs issues, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Custom monogrammed orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Email us at hi@customizablewedding.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and the return address. Use a trackable mail service to send the item back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Send the item to the return address provided after contacting us, within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
