Cut-off Time:
Our warehouse operates efficiently to fulfill orders promptly. The order cut-off time is 9 PM China Standard Time, which is equivalent to 10 AM Eastern Standard Time (excluding Daylight Saving Time).
Order Processing Time:
Upon order placement, our team initiates the processing procedure promptly. Please note the following timelines for order processing:
Plain Order: 3-5 business days for mass production
Personalized Order: 5-8 business days for mass production
Shipping Regions:
Currently, we offer shipping services to the following countries: the United States(US), Australia, and China(Mainland and Hong Kong).
We provide services to most regions within the United States, with the following exceptions:
No service is provided to overseas territories, including but not limited to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.
No service is provided to APO/FPO/DPO & PO Box addresses.

1) Free Shipping
The United States(US)
We offer free shipping for orders of US$50 or more within the United States.
If the order weight does not exceed 10 kg, we will ship via Air Charter US flight or UPS. The delivery time is generally 7-10 business days.
If the order weight exceeds 10 kg, we will ship via Ocean+Express freight. The delivery time is generally 15-25 business days.
Australia
We offer free shipping for orders of US$50 or more within Australia.
If the order weight does not exceed 10 kg, we will ship via Australia Dedicated Line. The delivery time is generally 6-10 business days.
If the order weight exceeds 10 kg, we will ship via Ocean+Express freight. The delivery time is generally 30-35 business days.

The United States(US)
For orders under US$50, a flat-rate shipping fee of US$20 will apply.
We will ship via Air Charter US flight or UPS. The delivery time is generally 7-10 business days.
Australia
For orders under US$50, a flat-rate shipping fee of US$20 will apply.
We will ship via Australia Dedicated Line. The delivery time is generally 6-10 business days.
China(Mainland and Hong Kong)
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of US$2 within China(Mainland and Hong Kong).
We will ship via express. The delivery time is generally 1-3 business days.
Special Conditions:
During holiday seasons, please note the holiday shipping cutoff times to ensure timely delivery. We will keep you informed via email in case of any significant delays in the shipment of your order.
Due to COVID-19 or other unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may vary.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
All International orders are shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please note that buyers/recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government.
If products are refused due to customs issues, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance remaining (if any) will be refunded.

Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Custom monogrammed orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return the Item(s):
Requesting a Return:
Email us at hi@customizablewedding.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and the return address. Use a trackable mail service to send the item back. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Send the item to the return address provided after contacting us, within 30 days of purchase.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

The Video Books function like a USB drive. Simply connect it to your computer using the provided micro USB cable. You can then drag and drop your video files directly onto the device, similar to how you would transfer files to any other external storage.
What's the maximum video length for The Video Books?
While The Video Books boast over 4GB of internal memory, allowing for over 3 hours of video storage, we recommend keeping individual videos to 15 minutes or less for optimal playback experience. This ensures ample space for wedding highlight reels or other short-form videos.
How long does The Video Books battery last?
On a single charge, you can enjoy up to 4 hours of playback. The device also features a remarkable standby life of approximately 12 months when fully charged. The Video Books arrive partially charged, so a full charge before use is recommended.
How do I charge The Video Books?
It charges with a standard micro USB cable which is supplied. Simply connect the device to a computer to charge (it should enter charging mode after a period of inactivity) or connect it to a standard USB charger.
Can I control the video playback order?
Absolutely! To organize your videos and control their playback sequence, simply rename them with a number prefix. For instance, files named "01_Introduction.mp4" "02_Wedding Ceremony.mp4" and so on, will play in the designated order, starting with the lowest number. Alternatively, you can use a standard alphanumeric order for file organization.
Can I adjust the volume?
Yes, connect The Video Books to your computer and edit the "vol.txt" file using a text editor. Lower the number within the file (default: 26) to decrease volume.
What video formats work best?
The Video Books play standard formats like .mp4 and .mov, similar to those used on YouTube. If your video doesn't play, try the auto-converter tool.
What resolutions are recommended for The Video Books?
All HD video formats work, with 720p (16:9 aspect ratio) recommended for best results. 1080p also works, but 4K and UHD are not currently supported. Use the auto-converter for adjustments.
